Hello! I would like to take the time to
introduce myself as the new General
Manager for Harriet Creek Ranch. My name
is Jessica Sedgwick and I am very
excited to be a part of your community.
I have been in the property management
business for over five years. I joined
the First Service Residential Team in
June 2013. I look forward to working
with your Board of Directors as well as
the residents of Harriet Creek Ranch.
I will be the dedicated manager for
Harriet Creek Ranch. Why is this a good
thing? As the General Manager, Harriet
Creek Ranch will have 100% of my focus
that a portfolio manager is unable to
give. This will result in more
personalized attention to the community
and its homeowners. I will be able to
provide more support to the Board,
committee members, and vendors, as well
as the homeowners in order to expedite
the flow of improvements, resolve any
complications and provide a quicker
response to questions and queries. As
the General Manager I will be able to be
more pro-active in searching for
Improvements within the community and
streamlining current processes.
As a start, my goals for the next 90
• Overseeing the re-plaster project at
both pool locations, as well as the
replacement of tile and coping.
• Ensuring the pool is ready for opening
• Facilitating and overseeing an event
to celebrate the opening of the pools
for the 2016 season.
• Reviewing the current process for ACA
approvals and looking for ways to
• Working with your Board of Directors
to bring more social opportunities to
• Providing more communication through
website updates and mass emails.
• Meeting with all contract vendors to
ensure that the standards and
expectations for Harriet Creek Ranch are
being met. Routine meetings with the
vendors will be established as well as
an expectation for more frequent
• Working with TX Dot and landscape
architects to enhance the entrances off
of 114 and 156 to the community.
It is my sincere hope, in conjunction
with the Board of Directors for the HOA,
to foster a greater sense of community.
The goal is for all of us to work
together to make Harriet Creek Ranch the
most desirable community in which to
live. If there is anything I can do to
help you achieve this please do not

way to help us meet your needs.
